FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be applied for predicting risk of early recurrence of ulcerous gastroduodenal bleeding (UGDB). 76 factors of risk and their gradations given in the table of "factors of risk of early UGDB recurrence" are evaluated, after which programme "Prognosis of treatment and its outcome in patients with UGDB" is used, and in case 4%, 20% or 72% and more are obtained, minimal, low and maximal probability of risk of early UGDB recurrence is predicted respectively. ^ EFFECT: method ensures increase of reliability of prognosis of disease course and allows to select optimal tactics of treating patients with UGDB. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex |
