METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DETERMINING ROMAN ALPHABET MARKING

PURPOSE: A Roman alphabet marking decision method and a device thereof are provided to decide Roman alphabet marking about a general name by reflecting exceptions in a Roman alphabet marking or Roman alphabet standard marking method. CONSTITUTION: A dictionary acquisition unit(110) acquires a dictionary. In the first dictionary, the first Roman alphabet marking corresponding to each Korean alphabet name is defined. A dictionary generator(120) creates a plurality of dictionaries through the acquired first dictionary. In a plurality of dictionaries, the Roman alphabet marking about syllables and syllable groups for configuration of each Korean alphabet name is defined. A Roman alphabet marking decision unit(130) decides the Roman alphabet marking about a predetermined first Korean alphabet name through at least one among a plurality of dictionaries.
