PURPOSE: A compound for electronic material is provided to reduce the driving voltage, to secure electroluminescent property and thermal stability, and to produce an organic electroluminescent device with an improved quantum efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A compound for electronic material has a structure marked as chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1~R4 are connected with C3-C12 alkylene or C3-C12 alkenylene, and form more than one fused ring. An organic electroluminescent device comprises the compound for electronic material.
