PURPOSE: A one-touch reinforcing rod connection apparatus is provided to connect two notched reinforcing rods in the longitudinal direction more quickly and simply in the work site. CONSTITUTION: A one-touch reinforcing rod connection apparatus comprises an inner sleeve(103), a reinforcing rod fixture(111a), an outer sleeve(105), ring springs(107a,107b), and a leaf spring(115a). The inner sleeve has reinforcing rod fixture receiving parts on the right and left sides, and a hollow space to receive notched reinforcing rods(101a). The reinforcing rod fixture is received in the reinforcing rod fixture receiving part of the inner sleeve. The outer sleeve contacts and surrounds the outer side of the inner sleeve, and is equipped with a compression piece which presses the reinforcing rod fixture to fix the reinforcing rods inserted in the inner sleeve. The ring springs are inserted to grooves formed on the inner and outer sleeves in order to fix one end of the reinforcing rod fixture. The leaf spring is interposed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve.
