PURPOSE: A colorectal cancer diagnosis marker, a protein coded thereby and a kit for diagnosing colorectal cancer are provided to confirm expression amount of C9orf100, PRR7, SQLE and TMEM9 gene and screen drug for treating colorectal cancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing colorectal cancer comprises a gene selected from a group comprising C9orf100, PRR7, SQLE and TMEM9. The composition for diagnosing colorectal cancer contains sense and antisense primer pair of one or more genes selected from a group comprising C9orf100, PRR7, SQLE and TMEM9.
