<p>PURPOSE: A wooden cement plate is provided to prevent cracks from being generated through a hardening and curing process, drying process, or transferring process. CONSTITUTION: A wooden cement plate has a deep concavo-convex design at an acute angle to the surface thereof. The wooden cement plate is comprised of hydraulic materials, silicic-acid-containing materials, and wooden reinforcing materials. In the wooden cement plate, the distance from the vertex of a convex part to the other side is 9mm or greater. The distance from the vertex of the convex part to the bottom of a concave part(C1) is 2mm or greater. The distance from the vertex of the convex part to the bottom of the concave part is half or less the distance from the vertex of the convex part to the other side. The average specific gravities of the total wooden cement plate, convex part, and concave part are 1.1 or greater. The specific gravity difference between the convex part and concave part is 0.1 or less.</p> |
