PURPOSE: A system and a method for parking management using an RFID are provided to improve the efficiency of parking management by increasing the recognition rate of a parked vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system and a method for parking management using an RFID are composed of an RFID tag(100), a car sensor(200), an RFID reader(300), and a central processing unit(400). The RF tag is arranged in a vehicle and user information is stored in the RFID tag. The vehicle sensor is installed at an individual parking area and determines whether the vehicle is parked or not. The RFID reader reads the user information stored in the RFID tag when the parked vehicle is detected by the vehicle detection senor. |
