PURPOSE: An interconnecting apparatus is provided to package a terminal with a housing which holds a conductive fabric. CONSTITUTION: An interconnecting apparatus(100) includes the first combining member, the second combining member, the first cable harness, the second cable harness and a conductive terminal. The housing(110) includes a horizontal opening unit(113) into which a conductive fabric is inserted at one end thereof, and a sandwiched unit(117) which vertically passes through the opening unit. The first and second combining members are separated from each other inside the housing and have the conductivity. The first and second harnesses(143,147) are respectively combined with one ends of the first and second combining members.
