PURPOSE: A bar coating device is provided to prevent generation of smudge such as stripe at a coating surface of the other side causing the disarrangement of gas-liquid interface at one side of the bar. CONSTITUTION: A bar coating device includes a bar, a supporting member, a first block, a second block, and a backup roller(18). The bar applies a coating solution on a traveling object(12). The supporting member is formed at the lower side of the bar and supports the bar to enable rotation. The first block comprises a bank(26) and a slit. The second block includes a slit. The backup roller is positioned in order to be -45mm ~ 50mm of a horizontal distance from the bank to the lowest point. |
