PURPOSE: An electric oven is provided to use safely by preventing injuries to a user due to air of high temperature inside a cavity when drawing out foods. CONSTITUTION: An electric oven comprises a plurality of exhaust holes(32), and a driving fan(50). A plurality of exhaust holes are located to be adjacent to the cavity where food is cooked. The driving fan forms the flow of the air ejected through the exhaust hole. The driving fan is operated by opening the cavity when the food is completely cooked. The air of high temperature inside the cavity is prevented from being diffused by the air ejected through the exhaust hole. The air ejected through the exhaust hole flows in the parallel direction to the opened front surface of the cavity.
