PURPOSE: An anti-reflection panel having a protection layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a displayer which has excellent diffuse reflection efficiency and light transmission efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-reflection panel comprises a resin drop step(S51), a spin coating step(S52) and a protective film curing step(S53). In the resin drop step, liquid resin for a protective film is put on the anti-reflection panel. In the spin coating step, the liquid resin is spread out on the whole upper surface of the anti-reflection panel. In the protective film curing step, the resin is harden by an infrared lamp.
