PURPOSE: A prodrug of caspase inhibitor is provided to enhance bio-availability by developing the prodrug of isoxazoline derivative. CONSTITUTION: A compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is isoquinolinyl group, quinolinyl group or naphthyl group. R2 is alkyl group of C1-8. A composition of caspase inhibitor comprises the compound of the chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition is formulated in oral administration, injection, or patch.
