PURPOSE: A tuning valve is provided to control a plurality of valves at the same time and to improve the durability to control not only small but also the high-capacity tuning. CONSTITUTION: A tuning valve comprises a valve body(20), a spool(30), a variable shaft(40), a tuning shaft(50), a pusher(60), a pushing roller(70), and a compressed spring(100). The valve body includes an outlet port(22) at one end and an inlet port(21) at the other end. The spool is built-in in the valve body. The spool adjusts the cross-sectional area of the inlet port and the outlet port. The variable shaft is arranged at the same axial with the spool. The variable shaft is installed in the valve body. The tuning shaft is supported with and is arranged in the central shaft within the variable shaft. The pusher is arranged between the tuning shaft and the variable shaft. The compressed spring pushes the elastic force to the spool with the pusher. |
