PURPOSE: A gene synthesis method is provided to minimize mutant of gene synthesis and enhance the rate of synthesis. CONSTITUTION: A gene synthesis method comprises: a step of adding a kinase and ligase into an oligonucleotide for gene synthesis; and a step of performing kination and LCR (ligase chain reaction) at the same time. A composition for gene synthesis comprises a kinase, ligase, reaction buffer and stabilizing agent. The stabilizing agent is selected among carbonhydrate.
