A safety management system of a vehicle and a safety management method thereof are provided to prevent the vehicle accident in advance in driving according to the determined program. A safety management system of a vehicle is composed of a sensing part(110), a driving speed detector(120), a touch panel(130), a camera unit(140), a sound input unit(150), a sound output unit(160), a data storage unit(170), a wiping signal detection unit(180), a redirection signal detection unit(190), and control unit(200). The sensor unit is comprised of a plurality of sensors sensing the external weather condition of the vehicle. The touch panel outputs the driving information of the vehicle. The camera unit takes a picture of the front and interior of the vehicle. Information for the safe driving of the vehicle is input in the sound input unit. The sound output unit outputs the information for the safe driving of the vehicle. The data storage unit stores the image taken a picture in the camera unit. The wiping signal detection unit detects the wiping signal of the vehicle.
