MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FUEL CELL SEPARATOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for manufacturing a fuel cell separator excellent in strength and corrosion resistance and with small contact resistance.

SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the fuel cell separator provided with a metal base body and a resin layer coating the metal base body comprises a process of forming a resin layer on the metal base body by electrodeposition by the use of electrodeposition liquid with a conductive material dispersed in the resin with an electrodeposition property, and a process of applying thermosetting treatment on the resin layer. The thermosetting treatment is carried out in an inactive gas atmosphere with an oxygen density of 1% or lower.
