<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize electric power supply to a mounted device during the idling stop of a mounting vehicle loaded with the mounted device and reduce the emission of hazardous substances such as a carbon dioxide, a nitrogen oxide and particulate matters during the driving of the mounting vehicle loaded with the mounted device. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting vehicle is mounted with a fuel tank for storing DME in a liquid state, a water tank for storing water, an engine taking out power by burning the DME in the fuel tank and the mounted device operated by electric power, and traveled by the power of the engine. The mounting vehicle is further provided with a reforming device for generating hydrogen by reforming reaction using the DME in the fuel tank and the water in the water tank and a fuel cell generating electric power by using the hydrogen supplied from the reforming device as fuel.
