<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system LSI capable of selecting audio stream, while being faithful to the expectation of a person in charge of authoring to a user. <P>SOLUTION: An STN_table in which entry for each elementary stream has been described is acquired from PL information in a BD-ROM, when reading and reproducing an AVClip, where a plurality of pieces of elementary stream are multiplexed, from the BD-ROM. It is determined whether respective pieces of elementary stream, where the entry has been described in the STN_table, meet prescribed conditions. In the pieces of elementary stream determined to meet the prescribed conditions, the elementary stream having the highest entry order in the STN_table is selected for reproduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
