PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by improving rigidity while suppressing an increase in size. SOLUTION: A telescopic structure comprises a telescopic mechanism 16 having telescopic motion with driving force transmitted via a driving force conversion part 14 from a driving part 12. The telescopic mechanism 16 consists of an outer cylinder 36, an intermediate cylinder 38 capable of being stored in the outer cylinder 36, an inner cylinder 40 capable of being stored in the intermediate cylinder 38, and a guide mechanism 42 for guiding the outer cylinder 36, the intermediate cylinder 38 and the inner cylinder 40 along the axial direction (arrow marks X1, X2). A first guide part 66 is provided between the outer cylinder 36 and the intermediate cylinder 38 and a second guide part 68 is provided between the intermediate cylinder 38 and the inner cylinder 40.
