APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING DETOUR ROUTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily save excessive traffic from a link where a link utilization rate is elevated or where congestion occurs.

SOLUTION: A detour route determination apparatus 200 includes: an end point candidate extraction means 220 for extracting end point candidates of a detour path on the basis of topology information of a network acquired from a network information collection device 300 and information about a link to be detoured; a traffic communication information acquisition means 230 for acquiring traffic communication information of the link to be detoured from a traffic communication information creation device 500; a detouring traffic volume determination means 240 for determining traffic volume to be detoured for detouring from the link to be detoured on the basis of the traffic communication information of the link to be detoured and a target band; a detour end point determination means 250 for determining a starting point and an ending point of the detour path on the basis of the traffic volume to be detoured and the traffic communication information of the link to be detoured; and a route calculation means 260 for calculating a detour route connecting the starting point and the ending point of the detour path.
