PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building equipment control system capable of operating building equipment in response to the movement state of a user when the user is moving away from a building. SOLUTION: A garage 11 is integrally arranged with the building 10 as an attached garage, and has a parking space for parking a vehicle C. A garage entrance 12 for the vehicle C is formed in the garage 11. The vehicle C moves between the parking space and a road 13 via the garage entrance 12. The building 10 includes: the building equipment such as an illumination appliance 31 for illuminating an internal space and an air-conditioner 32 for adjusting the temperature of the internal space, etc.; and a home server 20 for calculating a separation distance between the traveling vehicle C and the building 10, and controlling the operation of the building equipment, based on the separation distance.
