PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter with an operating handle which is free from the risk of loss, operable on both the inside and outside of the shutter, and achieves smooth ascent/descent of the shutter. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the shutter, the operating handle 21 is mounted on a C-shaped sliding body 9 slidably enclosing a seat plate 3 of a shutter body 4, via a through-hole 23. Therefore the risk of loss of the operating handle 21 is eliminated, and the operationality on both the inside and outside of the shutter body 4 is achieved. Further the C-shaped sliding body 9 includes a curved portion 18 formed thereon, serving as part of an aligning means, while the operating handle 21 includes the through-hole 23 formed therein, serving as the remaining part of the aligning means, and therefore smooth ascent/descent of the shutter body 4 by the operating handle 21 is achieved.
