<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps for an endoscope wherein it is smoothly performed, by one-time operation, to connect a distal end support body with the distal end of a flexible sheath and to connect the drive shaft of a forcep piece with the distal end of an operation wire when the forcep piece is replaced with another one at the distal end of the flexible sheath. <P>SOLUTION: In order that a connection bar 14 mounted on the distal end of the operation wire 2 can be moved forward and backward in the direction of an axis with respect to a distal end cap 8 but cannot be rotated in a peripheral direction of the axis, the connection bar 14 is engaged with a hole 9 formed at the position of the axis of the distal end cap 8. A stopper 15 which restricts movement of the connection bar 14 backward over a predetermined range is provided to the distal end cap 8. An operation part 20 is provided with a biasing means 23 which draws backward the operation wire 2 to a state that the backward movement of the connection bar 14 is restricted by the stopper 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
