PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape for assembling a display device, by which a display module unit can be made thinner. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape A for assembling the display device comprises adhesive layers 5, 5 integrally laminated at least on one surface of a tape base material A1. The tape base material A1 can be firmly laminated integrally with a shading layer 3 through an intermediate layer 2 without applying a surface treatment such as a corona discharge treatment to the base film 1, because the tape base material A1 is integrally laminated on one surface of the base film 1 having a thickness of ≤10 μm with a shading layer 3 through the intermediate layer 2 containing a rubber compound.
