PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently radiate heat from a surface of an electrooptical panel. SOLUTION: An electrooptical device (1) includes the electrooptical panel (100) performing an electrooptical operation in a pixel region (10a) and a housing case (311) where an opening part (311a) corresponding to the pixel region is formed and the electrooptical panel is housed. The electrooptical panel has an opening part opposed surface (202a) opposite to the opening part. A part of the electrooptical panel is protruded in a direction along a normal direction of the opening part opposed surface in a part corresponding to at least the pixel region of the opening part opposed surface.
