PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of circulating air inside the shoe without impairing a cushioning performance by an integrally-formed sole. SOLUTION: This shoe is opened with breathing holes 3 in an outer circumferential face of the sole 1 consisting of a cushioning material, and the breathing holes are connected to strip grooves 4 formed inside the shoe of the sole. An entrance of each breathing hole is formed with a narrowed part. The strip groove 4 extends from the breathing hole in the longitudinal direction along the circumferential edge of the sole and formed into a curved shape at the tiptoe part and the heel part. The narrowed part is formed of a step 30 formed at the side opening side, and projecting pieces 31 and 32 projecting from the upper side and lower side of the step to the opening-side lower part and upper part respectively.
