<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile driving charging system, which performs charging suitable to reduce inflow of automobiles to an area in which an environmental load by traffic concentration in general roads is problematic or to promote eco-driving in the area. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a positioning function 31 for measuring a vehicle position; a charging coefficient map 33 which stores a plurality of areas in association with calculation information for calculating charging information in each area; a function for calculating the charge information for each predetermined traveling distance in reference to the charging coefficient map 33 based on the vehicle position; a function for accumulating each of the calculated charging information; an onboard device 3 which transmits the accumulated charging information to a near base station 4, 5; the base stations 4, 5, etc.; and a charging device 7 which transmits the charging information acquired from the base stations 4, 5, etc. to the charge system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
