An apparatus for manufacturing a vegetation mat is provided to prevent soil outflow by continuously producing the vegetation mat containing seeds inside on a large scale. An apparatus for manufacturing a vegetation mat comprises the following units. A transferring unit(100) transfers the vegetation mat. A lower sheet arranging unit(200) arranges lower sheets(20) on the top of the transferring unit continuously. A seed dispersing unit(300) disperses the seeds on the top of the lower sheet. An upper sheet arranging unit(400) arranges upper sheets(10) on the lower sheets. A punching unit(500) consisting of a plurality of needles with grooves thereon penetrates the needles through the lower and upper sheets at the same time. The seed dispersing unit consists of a dispersing roller having a seed dispersing groove and a seed supplier. |
