PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology by which a user performs a cursor operation without being confused while reducing an interference with viewing by a cursor. SOLUTION: This video processor has: a determination means for determining whether or not the cursor overlaps the video content; a decision means for deciding non-operation time-out time to be used for decision on whether or not to make the cursor non-display using a determination result of the determination means; a measurement means for measuring non-operation time which is elapsed time after the last cursor operation is performed; and a display control means for making the cursor non-display when the non-operation time reaches the non-operation time-out time. The determination means makes the non-operation time-out time when the cursor overlaps the video content shorter than non-operation time-out time when the cursor does not overlap the video content.
