PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impact resistance of a power storage element of which the outer package is made of a laminate film and which has an electrode stack, while securing sealing and insulation performance. SOLUTION: The negative electrode terminal lead 3 has a first plane part 31 which is in surface contact with a cup bottom face 15a inside the outer package 1, a middle part 32 which is bent from the first plane part 31 and reaches the inner face 16 of the outer package 1 opposed to the cup bottom face 15a, and a second plane part 33 which is bent from the middle part 32 and goes toward a heat seal part 11 while contacting the inner face 16. The inner face of the first plane part 31 (opposite face to the face in contact with the cup bottom face 15a) and a part of the middle part 32 continuing from this are fixed by ultrasonic welding to the end part collected of each ear part 23 extending from the negative electrode plate 21.
