SOLUTION: The check valve includes a center space R<SB>B</SB>, a plurality of cylinder chambers R<SB>S1</SB>, R<SB>S2</SB>, R<SB>S3</SB>radially formed at an equal angle outward from the center space R<SB>B</SB>, a casing 2 having fluid entrance ports 21, 22, 23 provided at the outer ends of the cylinder chambers R<SB>S1</SB>, R<SB>S2</SB>, R<SB>S3</SB>and a fluid exit port 24 communicated with the center space R<SB>B</SB>and opened to the outside, a ball 3 stored in the center space R<SB>B</SB>, pistons 11, 12, 13 stored in the cylinder chambers R<SB>S1</SB>, R<SB>S2</SB>, R<SB>S3</SB>and having pressure receiving parts 11a, 12a, 13a, and a communication clearance and seal parts 21a, 22a, 23a. The pistons 11, 12, 13 can transmit force to one another with the existence of the ball 3 among them. The piston (for example, 11) whose pressure receiving part (for example, 11a) receives the maximum fluid pressure energizes all other pistons (for example, 12, 13) outward, whereby the maximum fluid pressure is output from the fluid exit port 24 via the communication clearance.
