PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise-induced hearing hardness preventer giving a warning so as to allow sufficient perception of risk even in cases where noise level exceeds a threshold while varying and continues for long periods of time. SOLUTION: This noise-induced hearing hardness preventer 1 includes: a microphone 2; a warning/analyzing device 3 comprising a sound pressure measuring part 31, a controller/processor 32, an integration storage 33, an accumulation calculator 34, and a display output part 35; and a display 4. By the controller/processor 32, sound pressure levels measured once every prescribed period are caused to be stored as sound pressure data in the integration storage 33 so as to correspond to measurement times. By the accumulation calculator 34, an accumulation value of the pressure levels is calculated by multiplying the pressure data gotten out of the integration storage 33 by time intervals. Further, by the controller/processor 32, risk passage time is calculated from the relation of the noise level to exposure time, which is multiplied by a safety factor and displayed in a stipulated manner on the display 4 screen by the output part 35.
