PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member of a pile extracting device, which rotates a casing with its direction tilted longitudinally or laterally relative to the output shaft of a drive device, and further smoothly supplies a large amount of fluid from the output shaft to the casing. SOLUTION: In the pipe extracting device 1 with the drive device 4 and the casing 5, the connecting member 10 connects the casing 5 to the output shaft 4a of the drive device 4. The connecting member includes an upper plate 20 connected to the output shaft 4a, a lower plate 30 connected to the casing 5, and an intermediate member 40 with four shafts 42a, 42b projecting in the longitudinal or lateral directions. The respective shafts 42a, 42b of the intermediate member 40 are rotatably attached on the shaft relative to the upper plate 20 or the lower plate 30, and the through-hole 41a of the intermediate member 40 is inserted with a connection hose 50 connected to the flow channel of the upper plate 20 and to the flow channel of the lower plate 30.
