PURPOSE:To mold a plastic molded shape while continuously conducting compounding with a plastic magnet by juxtaposing a plurality of stationary molds having different cavities to a fixed platen and mounting a movable mold, which is closed alternately together with the fixed platen and has the same structure, to a rotary plate on the movable platen side. CONSTITUTION:Both a movable mold 1 and a stationary mold 2 and both movable molds 11a, 11b and stationary molds 15, 17 re faced oppositely and clamped, and exciting coils 9, 9 are conducted and a magnetic field is generated while injection on the injector 18 side is conducted and a plastic magnet 20 is molded. A rotary plate 7 is rotated in a 180 deg. arc, the movable mold 11a is positioned oppositely to the stationary mold 17 and the movable mold 11b to the stationary mold 15 and clamped again, the magnet 20 is inserted into a cavity 16 in the stationary mold 17, and a plastic molded shape 21 is formed and welded to one surface of the magnet 20, thus shaping a composite molded shape 22. The movable mold 11a after the completion of female mold is shifted to the stationary mold 15 by the rotary plate 7 and the movable mold 11b to the stationary mold 17 respectively, thus continuously molding the composite molded shape 22. |
