PURPOSE: A system for managing an electric railway using power line communication is provided to share safety information around a rail between an electrically driven railway vehicle and a management office in real time. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(30) collects information around a rail of an electric railway and loads the information in a power line communication network using a railway line or the rail. A plurality of monitoring units(40) receives information collected from a power line communication network(20) and transceives data through the power line communication network.
