PURPOSE: An image processing apparatus, computer readable recording medium storing image processing program, and image processing method are provided to prevent the variation of the concentration of the binary image after the binary image to an object. CONSTITUTION: A coefficient unit calculates a white pixel number or a black pixel number. A modification unit deforms a deformation image based on the amount of deformation of a binary image. A first calculation unit(1980) calculates a white pixel number or a black pixel number based on an image pixel. A second calculating unit calculates threshold for deformation image.
