<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag that prevents reduction in communication performance with tamper-proof effect. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag having a metal pattern layer 2 including an IC chip 10 and a metallic light reflecting film 4 which are stacked in a noncontact manner. The metal pattern layer 2 includes a radiating element 12 emitting radio waves and a loop-shaped matching circuit 11, which is connected to the radiating element 12 electrically to achieve impedance matching with the IC chip 10. The arrangement position seen from the lamination direction D of the light reflecting film 4 to the matching circuit 11 is determined so that an absolute value of an imaginary part impedance of the matching circuit 11 including electric connection with the light reflecting film 4 is 0.7-1.3 times the absolute value of the imaginary part impedance of the radiation element 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
