摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an injection foamed molding having a uniform and fine foaming layer and a high expansion rate, bringing an injection pressure reducing effect and preventing cell roughening caused by outgassing from molten resin in a cylinder. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a polypropylene-based resin injection foamed molding manufactures the polypropylene-based resin injection foamed molding by supplying an injection molding machine with a foamable polypropylene-based resin composition obtained by melting and kneading polyopropylene-based resin and a chemical foaming agent in the cylinder, and injecting the foamable polypropylene-based resin composition into a mold to foam it. In the method, the temperature of a cylinder tip part is set to 210°C or higher, and the temperature of a cylinder rear part is set to from 10°C lower than the temperature indicating the maximum gas generation amount of the chemical foaming agent to 20°C higher than the temperature indicating the maximum gas generation amount of the chemical foaming agent.
