PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor for versatile use installed in an electric vehicle (EV), an eco- car of a hybrid vehicle, a solar cell, a fuel cell or the like. SOLUTION: The capacitor is structured such that an additive such as barium titanate or strontium titanate is added to amorphous silicon as a dielectric material in order to impart shifter and depressor action thereto, and an insulation film of a radical oxide film or a radical nitride film is formed on an extremely-thin steel electrode plate.
