PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device with its display section enlarged for easy recognition of opening/closing information. SOLUTION: The locking device 100 has the flange 201 of an inner cylinder 200 large enough to cover at least the flange 301 of an outer cylinder 300 in the extending direction of a key hole 220, and is configured to have a notch 202 at one section of the flange 201 of the inner cylinder. The locking device 100 has a larger display section 303, allowing a user to easily recognize the opening/closing information. The display section 303 (Fig.1 (a) hatching section) has a red display.
