PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper ejecting tray in a simple constitution, which allows work to be performed without completely removing a stacker itself from a device, when jam processing is caused, by lading a sheet while dealing with sheets of different characteristics. SOLUTION: The stacker 20 is provided with a movable loading part 40 which secures a specific space when ejecting the sheet S to the stacker 20 from an ejecting port, and is constituted to change the height of a variable sheet placing part 41 of the movable loading part according to a size, a thickness and a construction material of the sheet.
