PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens apparatus capable of adjusting only the inclination of an optical axis in a desired direction. SOLUTION: A focus lens frame 32 is movably supported by a first guide shaft 34 and a second guide shaft 36. The first guide shaft 34 is provided in a lens barrel with both ends thereof being fixed. A front end of the second guide shaft 36 is swingably supported, and a rear end thereof is fit into a horizontal elongate hole, so that the second guide shaft 36 is movably supported only in a horizontal direction. The second guide shaft 36 is inserted through a first elongate hole 84 formed in a swinging frame 72, and when the swinging frame 72 is swung, the second guide shaft 36 is horizontally swung. Then, when the second guide shaft 36 is horizontally swung, the focus lens frame 32 is horizontally swung, thereby the horizontal inclination of the optical axis is adjusted.
