PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded flat cable capable of achieving required adjustment of characteristic impedance, and having flexural performance responding to motion of a movable part of, for instance, a slide door of an automobile. SOLUTION: In the shielded flat cable 1, a flat cable including a plurality of rectangular conductors 14 is formed with a core flat cable 11 using any of them as a core rectangular conductor 14C; shielded flat cable bodies 12 each including a wide rectangular conductor 14W having a width larger than the width of the core rectangular conductor 14C are arranged on both outer sides of the core flat cable 11, respectively; a net-like holding member 20 for holding a cable laminate 10 wherein, between the core flat cable 11 and the shielded flat cables 12, spacer members 13 each keeping the distance between the flat cables 11, 12 at a predetermined value are interposed is arranged outside the cable laminate 10; and the net-like holding member 20 and the spacer members 13 are each formed of a flexible member.
