The cover (2) has a disk-shaped outer part (3) connected to a vehicle wheel. Spring force exerting on an annular inner part (4) is selected such that the inner part remains in an operating position during positive acceleration of a vehicle. The inner part experiences force against the spring force during negative acceleration, where the force causes relative movement from the inner part to the outer part during rotation of the inner part from the position into another operating position. Mutually corresponding openings (7, 12) of the parts are located in the cover in the latter position.
