PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of coating form board and a method of the same are provided to coat the surface smoothly by scratching the surface with knife which is supported with spring. CONSTITUTION: The knife(40) is fixed to the fixture to rotate the opposite side of the ray to hinge(41) so that revolving to direction which ray stands. The ray of the knife was elastically transformed by outer force applied to the ray and restores if outer force disappear. The knife is pressurized to the direction in which the day adheres closely to an plurality of elastic push part arranged to the longitudinal direction to the upper side of bimetal. Paint is provided to the upper side of bimetal while bimetal is transferred. The paint provided to the upper side of bimetal spreads with the manufacturing device of the coating form board.
