PURPOSE: A parking brake is provided to prevent the leaning of a brake shoe due to the rotation of a disc and to prevent the offset wear of a brake shoe by using a pulling unit. CONSTITUTION: A parking brake comprises a back plate(10), a drum(20), a pair of brake shoes(30,30'), a disc, and a pulling unit(90). The drum is located on the back plate and rotates along with the wheel of a vehicle. A pair of brake shoes generates braking power by rubbing with the inner circumference of the drum. The disc is extended from the drum in the radius direction. The pulling unit is installed one of back plates or a pair of brake shoes. The pulling unit restores the brake shoe, which is lean according to the rotation direction of a disc, to the opposite side.
