<p>The electrically conductive grinding tool comprises abrasive particles (1), an electrically conductive bonding matrix (2), where the abrasive particles are integrated into the bonding matrix, which comprises an electrically conductive polymer and/or a polymer, and a base body on which the abrasive particles are applied to integrated bonding matrix.
