PURPOSE: An operation control method of a terminal equipped with a pointing device and the terminal thereof are provided to perform the setting of an addition function to application with a finger sweeping operation. CONSTITUTION: A control unit displays an icon for the setting of an additional function to application on a screen(S101). If a movement detection signal is inputted, the control unit calculates moving displacement through the movement, speed, and direction of finger(S103,S105). In case a moving displacement value occurs through a sweeping operation in a pre-defined direction, the control unit sets a designated additional function(S107,S109). |
