PURPOSE: An ultrasound system and a method thereof are provided to confirm change trend images by offering variations in brightness values of an ultrasonic image or intensity values of ultrasonic data. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave data acquisition part(110) transmits a ultrasonic signal to a target object. The ultrasonic wave data acquisition part receives an ultrasonic echo signal reflected from the target object and successively acquires a plurality of ultrasonic data. A processor(120) is connected to the ultrasonic wave data acquisition part. The processor detects change trend according to the time by using a plurality of ultrasonic data. A storage(130) stores ultrasonic data.
