A fertilizer injector for preparing and dosed supply of fertilizer solutions into a flow of irrigation water comprises a delivery nozzle and a suction one, built-in into a pressure pipe, a piping for delivery of irrigation water in a dosing pump through a regulating metering valve, a gravity-feed tank, from which along the system of pipes the fertilizer solution is delivered into the pressure pipe by the dosing pump through T-branch pipes, suction and discharge valve and the suction nozzle. The dosing pump comprises a double-plunger pump, in the chambers of which plungers move. Said plungers are actuated by rods connected to the inner cylinder of a hydraulic double-action motor, which operates from the pressure of irrigation water, control of the delivery direction of which to the hydraulic motor is performed by a hydraulic control valve spool connected to the hydraulic motor by piping. |
